Scope of Services
Teamarcs provides access to services including, but not limited to:
- Use of the Website
- Registration as a member (“Member”)
- Participation in panels, surveys, studies, or research activities
- Use of any Teamarcs-operated mobile or digital applications
- Engagement in any research project, questionnaire, or study hosted or administered by Teamarcs
We reserve the right to refuse, restrict, suspend, or terminate access to the Services at our sole discretion.
Our Privacy Policy, incorporated by reference, governs how we collect, use, and protect your personal information.
Use of the Services
Teamarcs grants you a limited, non-exclusive, revocable, and non-transferable license to access and use the Services for personal, non-commercial purposes, subject to these Terms and applicable laws.
You agree that you will not:

- Post false, misleading, or unauthorized content
- Attempt to breach Site or network security

Membership Eligibility

- Members must not have been previously suspended or terminated

Membership Termination
Teamarcs may suspend or terminate your membership:
- For violation of these Terms
- For inactivity over a prolonged period
- If emails to your registered address result in delivery failure
- With or without prior notice
Inactive accounts may be deactivated after 12 months of inactivity, resulting in forfeiture of accumulated rewards unless otherwise notified in writing with 45 days’ notice.
Redemption Methods
- PayPal (subject to a 2% processing surcharge)
- Gift cards (sent to your registered email)
Redemptions are typically processed within 10 business days.
Survey Quality & Validation
Surveys may be invalidated if:
- Quality standards are not met
- Quotas are full
- Responses fail verification checks
Invalidated surveys may result in removal of pending points.
Independent Contractor Relationship
Your participation is voluntary and independent. Nothing in these Terms creates an employment, agency, partnership, or joint venture relationship between you and Teamarcs.
Compensation is not based on time spent and is considered reasonable consideration for participation.
Intellectual Property & Confidentiality
All Website content (excluding user submissions), including trademarks, logos, text, software, and design, is the property of Teamarcs or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws.
You agree to:
- Maintain confidentiality of research content
- Not disclose or share survey materials or findings
- Use information solely for permitted participation
Unauthorized use or disclosure is strictly prohibited
User-Submitted Content
You retain ownership of the content you submit. However, by submitting content, you grant Teamarcs a worldwide, perpetual, royalty-free, non-exclusive license to use, modify, display, distribute, and sublicense such content.
You confirm that:
- You have the legal right to submit the content
- Content does not violate any laws or rights
Disclaimers
All Services are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind.
Teamarcs disclaims warranties regarding:
- Accuracy or reliability of information
- Uninterrupted or error-free access
- Virus-free systems
Use of the Services is at your own risk.

Indemnification

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Gujarat, India. Courts located in Gujarat shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
Class Action Waiver
All disputes shall be resolved on an individual basis only. Class or representative actions are not permitted unless required by law.
